PACCAL'S SERVICES FOR OLDER ADULTS
This is PACCAL's Flagship Program for our Older Adults.

The program's goal is to provide information on health topics that is helpful for older adults. Topic include diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure, and health concerns that our Older Adult requests to learn about... A light exercise with an Online Fitness Instructor for Older Adults also follows the lecture.

We currently run this on the first 3 Tuesdays via Zoom and the 4th Tuesday at Harborview Senior Center (Live).

Since we wish to keep our participants engaged in a private environment during the Online workshops, we encourage participants to register with our Staff. To ensure the legitimacy of our staff, we advise that you call our staff member Rochelle at 917-297-1490.

For schedule purposes, the Calendar is available at

If you are on our roster, a text reminder will be sent to you (unless you opt out).
- First reminder will be prior to the workshop,
- Scond reminder will be an hour prior to the workshop.

There is no cost to this initiative. But participants are requested to registe.

This program is partially funded by the Hudson County Office of the Aging. And partly funded also by the Annual Fundraising events during March and October. As a 501c3 organization, donations are welcome anytime and a receipt can be provided upon request.
