Health and Human Services
To promote the development of New Jersey residents and communities, primarily Asian Americans, by providing a comprehensive access to health and human services initiatives.
CULTURAL
To promote New Jersey’s Filipino and Asian heritage through culturally competent and community needs based programs and initiatives.
TARGET POPULATION
Economically disadvantaged and deprived, at-risk youth, victim of abuses, troubled families, the elderly and the handicap, difficult–to-reach communities and newly arrived immigrants.

Voters registration and citizenship drives;
Referrals to affordable medical check-ups and health services.

PACCAL is partly funded by a grant from Hudson County Dept. of Health & Human Services, Offices of the Aging; Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs, Thomas de Gise County Executive and the Chosen Freeholders; Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the City of Jersey City, Division of Community Development.
