Having been distinctly recognized as the only Asian Provider Agency by the Hudson Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office on Aging, PACCAL also extensively promotes Filipino and Asian heritage through cultural presentations and widely disseminated socio-economic programs and humanitarian services.
